The Method
The Core Club is a 5-Week intensive, core strengthening programme, designed to tone, strengthen & mobilise you within a matter of weeks - and giving you tools to sustain your success into the future.
I will guide you through The Core Club Method - A TRIED AND TESTED programme that I have used to tone up, lose weight and build strength. With movement at the heart of the course, I will also incorporate lifestyle tips & tricks to help you remain core confident - simple changes that will make all the difference.
You will have support and accountability within the Core Club community. I will keep up momentum, share tips and celebrate you wins while you fire me your questions lock in YOUR tangible results.
The Package
Live Core Sessions.
Every Friday I will Zoom into your living room to a deliver our small group class: a dynamic and nurturing core strength session designed to tone and flex you. All sessions will be recorded for you to revisit or catch up when you can’t make it.
Weekly Workout Menu.
Each week you will receive four NEW workouts – 2x Mobility and 2x Strength (15-25 mins each). Designed to help you weave your workouts throughout the week, you can tick them off little & often or run workouts back to back for longer, focused sessions.
Core Community
There’s no doubt that accountability is key to getting results . Within an intimate group setting I will be your advocate, cheering you along—providing advice and support throughout your membership. Giving you tools to maintain momentum, celebrating wins and sharing tips to ensure you hit the mark week after week.
5 Minute Mobility Bites.
A ready made library of micro workouts for you to access whenever you need - perfect for stretching out at your desk, starting the day afresh or calming your nervous system at night.
Mindful Moments.
Starting each week with a focus to inspire and encourage you, I will set you up for workout success by refreshing your mindset. With affirmations and short meditations to calm and centre, you will be an unstoppable force when it comes to those more challenging moves.

I get the juggle between small people & work — and how hard it is to fit exercise into our crazy busy weeks. And that is exactly why I created an effective, sustainable & enjoyable solution to get your Core the best it’s ever been.
It is my passion to put all the tools I have—as a Pre & Postnatally qualified Pilates teacher—together with everything I’ve learnt firsthand, into supporting women to thrive rather than just survive. I’ve helped 100s of mums tone their tummies, relieve back pain and build incredible core strength. And I can’t wait to support YOU!

FAQs
What happens if I can’t make the Live Sessions?
All the sessions will be recorded and distributed to the group so that you can do them in your own time, so you won’t miss out. The Core Q&A will also be shared, and you can send your questions directly to me.
Do I need Pilates experience?
Absolutely not! I will give you everything you need to get the most out of your Core Club experience with or without Pilates experience.
Will I see results without changing my diet?
The beauty of the Core Club is that we’re covering EVERYTHING. Although movement is at the heart of the course, I will also be sharing proven tips and tricks to help you make those small changes that make a big difference.
Will I see results from short workouts?
Consistency and challenge matters more than duration! Short, focused workouts done 4-5 times a week allow your body to build strength, improve mobility, and increase endurance without overwhelming your schedule. Remember, it’s not about how long you work out, but how consistently and intentionally you move!
What if I don’t complete all the workouts each week?
The course is designed with YOU in mind; I know how busy your weeks are and so I designed workouts that can be weaved throughout the week and depending on your energy levels: shorter sessions that can be squeezed into a lunch break - or put together when you have a longer stretch. If you have a week where there’s no give - don’t worry - by completing the majority of the workouts you will see a difference.
I am recently postpartum. Is the Core Club right for me?
It may well be—but everybody is different. It depends on how recently you had your baby and how recovery is going for you. I encourage you get in touch with me to chat further if you are less than 6 months postpartum so that we can make sure it’s the right route for you.
