I created The Core Method Membership after becoming a mum and realising how much my body had changed.

My old workouts didn’t work for me anymore.

I needed movement that supported me in the stage of life I was in.

Something efficient.

Something realistic.

Something I could stay consistent with.

Pilates became the thing that helped me rebuild not just my strength, but my energy, posture, confidence, and relationship with my body again.
