Group Classes

Suitable for everyone from beginners to seasoned Pilates lovers, group classes will restore, strengthen and centre you. Exercises are modified to suit your level and particular needs.

Beginner/Refresher

Gentle but effective exercises with a focus on releasing tension, improving flexibility and building strength. Designed to suit those who are new or returning to Pilates, and during pregnancy, classes encourage you to tune in to your body, leaving you feeling calm, connected and strong.

Mixed Level

Full body strengthening and stretching for everyBODY. With alternatives given to make exercises more or less challenging depending on your preference, this class is suitable for beginners and intermediates alike. Pick your pace and enjoy the benefits or a regular Pilates practice.

Intermediate:

A dynamic class for those ready to take their Pilates practice up a gear. Classical Pilates exercises with a little added spice to challenge stability, build exceptional core strength and improve joint mobility. You will get to know muscles you never knew you had and mobilise the body like never before.

Pilates for Pregnancy

Low impact stretching & strength training class, with exercises designed specifically for pregnancy:

Postnatal Classes

A relaxed and friendly postnatal class, focused on building strength and relieving tension alongside fellow mums. Let baby wriggle on the mat or sleep in the pram while you enjoy tending to yourself.

Private Sessions

For those who want a bespoke Pilates and personal training programme, I provide home visits and 1:1 online sessions.
