FiftFifteen years ago, I walked into my first Pilates class and something clicked.
It didn't feel like exercise in the way I'd always thought exercise should feel. My body was working, but my mind was quiet. I left feeling stronger, calmer and more connected to myself.
That feeling has stayed with me ever since.
Now, as a mum of two, I know how easy it is to put your own needs at the bottom of the list. That's why I've created a community where movement feels supportive rather than draining, and where exercise helps you build strength for real life.
My mission is to help busy mums feel stronger, calmer and more connected to themselves through movement that supports them now and for the years ahead.
Because when you feel strong and confident in your body, everything feels a little easier.
