Feel AMAZING in your body again
Weeks 1 & 2 are all about settling your nervous system and finding steady energy. You’ll slow things down on purpose, improve your sleep and learn how to calm your body while staying active. The result? You’ll feel more grounded, rested and ready to build from here.
Phase 1: GROUND
Mind
This Week’s Focus: Slowing down on purpose
Goal: Calm your nervous system, release tension, and restore natural energy.
Prompt: Slow one thing down. Take a breath in the midst of your morning routine, don’t rush a work task or aim to move mindfully during your workouts.
Tip: Listen to this week’s meditation to help settle your body and calm your thoughts before you begin.

Tip: Focus on the weekly workouts - and add a 5 Min Moment when it works for you
Weekly Workouts: Your go-to movement guide for the week. Each week builds on the last so you progress safely and steadily without ever feeling like it’s too much.
5-Minute Moments: Short bursts you can do anytime: for stretch, calm or a to feel a little fire.
Every bit adds up to becoming stronger and more at home in your body.
Nourish
Simple ways to help your body find steady energy throughout the day
Goal: Stabilise your energy, without restricting yourself or sticking to rigid rules.
Prompt: Choose at least one way to balance your energy:
Add protein to breakfast to prevent mid-morning crashes. Eggs, natural yogurt or adding nut butter to porridge are easy options.
Start your day with water to kickstart your metabolism. Try to delay coffee for 30-60 minutes and begin the day with herbal tea or warm water + lemon instead.
Eat every 3-4 hours to stabilise blood sugar and improve focus. Opt for protein, slow release carbs & veg.
Recipe: My all time favourite “pick-me up” snack: Energy Balls.
Why it’s great:
High in fibre, protein + healthy fats → keeps you full.
Rich in minerals (magnesium, potassium, iron, zinc).
Natural energy from dates → good for pre/post-workout snacks.
Antioxidants from nuts and cocoa → anti-inflammatory benefits.
