I am here to guide you on your journey to becoming a stronger, calmer more energised version of yourself. With sessions designed to nurture body and mind, you will effectively build strength, improve coordination and enhance posture, while experiencing a euphoric mix of relaxation and invigoration.
With 10 years experience teaching Pilates to clients from 16-75, I offer an individualised approach that builds from where YOU are, enabling you to work towards your fitness goals at your own pace.
