I had no idea how my body would be affected inside & out when I became pregnant with my first 6 years ago.

Total loss of core strength, pelvic floor weakness - leaking & prolapse - back pain, weight gain, achy neck & shoulders - not to mention overwhelm & anxiety. 

My Pilates training did not make me immune to the impact of growing & raising humans. But it has given me tools to rebuild my strength, reduce my stress and regain confidence in my body alongside busy days juggling kids & work.
