Feel AMAZING in your body again
Weeks 1 & 2 are all about settling your nervous system and finding steady energy. You’ll slow things down on purpose, improve your sleep and learn how to calm your body while staying active. The result? You’ll feel more grounded, rested and ready to build from here.
Phase 1: GROUND
Mind
Pause, notice your thoughts and give your mind a break to release tension and improve focus.
This Week’s Focus: Slowing down on purpose.
Goal: Calm the nervous system, release tension, and restore natural energy.
Prompt: Slow one thing down - maybe your morning routine, a work task or even just today’s workout.
Tip: Listen to this week’s meditation to help settle your body and calm your thoughts before you begin.
Move
Powerful, purposeful movement that builds strength and boosts your energy, without stress.
Weekly Workouts: Your go-to movement guide for the week. Each week builds on the last so you progress safely and steadily without overwhelm.
5-Minute Moments: Short bursts you can do anytime: for stretch, calm or a to feel a little fire.
Tip: Focus on the weekly workouts - and add a 5 Min Moment when it works for you.
Every bit adds up to feeling amazing!
Nourish
Simple ways to help your body find steady energy throughout the day
Goal: Stabilise your energy, without restricting yourself or sticking to rigid rules.
Prompt: Choose at least one way to balance your energy:
Add protein to breakfast to prevent mid-morning crashes. Try eggs, natural yogurt or nuts
Start with hydration to kickstart your metabolism - delay coffee for 60-90 minutes and begin the day with herbal tea or warm water + lemon instead.
Eat every 3-4 hours to stabilise blood sugar and improve focus. Opt for protein, slow release carbs & veg.
Recipe: My all time favourite “pick-me up” snack: Energy Balls.
Why it’s great:
High in fibre, protein + healthy fats → keeps you full.
Rich in minerals (magnesium, potassium, iron, zinc).
Natural energy from dates → good for pre/post-workout snacks.
Antioxidants from nuts and cocoa → anti-inflammatory benefits.
