A 3-day upper body challenge designed to build strength and stability from the core out. Each 10-minute session targets the shoulders, arms, and back while reinforcing core engagement — helping you feel supported and powerful in every movement.
🌿 Restore
An invitation to mindfulness. Just 10 minutes a day to reconnect with your body and breath. We’ll move from stillness and gentle flows to holding more powerful poses that deepen your focus and control. The perfect way to reset and restore your energy.
Live Sessions
Every month join the Express Core Community for a 45 minute FULL BODY session. The recording will be made available in the Core Express Vault the same day to replay or catch up missed sessions.
